12-Week Strength 2.0 Program
Low-impact, hypertrophy-focused strength program. Combines compound and accessory lifts to build muscle while reducing joint strain. Designed for progressive overload and suitable for home or gym training. Features 5 sessions per week, each 45 minutes.
15-Week Glute Project Program
Progressive glute-focused program in three blocks. Uses heavy lifting, activation, unilateral, and accessory exercises to build strength, size, and shape in the glutes and lower body. Features 3 sessions per week, each 45 minutes.
15-Week Glute Project 2.0 Express Program
Follow-up to the original Glute Project. A 15-week program divided into 3-week blocks, designed for busy women. Features 3 sessions per week, each 35 minutes, combining high-impact, efficient exercises to sculpt and strengthen glutes.
