- Open the Neutrition tab in the app
Follow the prompts to enter:
-Your gender, age, height, and weight
-Your weekly activity level (how active you are across the week)
-Your daily activity level (how active you are on a typical day)- Choose your goal:
-Fat loss
-Muscle gain
-Weight maintenance
- Select any dietary preferences (e.g. vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free)
Once complete, the app will set your custom macro and calorie targets so you can start logging meals and planning your nutrition with confidence.
