Tap the “+” button at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Select Add Meal (e.g. Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner).
Go into My Recipes and tap the “+” button again in the bottom right corner.
Enter your recipe details, such as the name and serving size.
Add ingredients one by one — you can select from the ingredients list or add them manually.
Write your cooking instructions.
Review your recipe summary.
Tap Save to store your recipe for future use.
Your custom recipe will now be saved in My Recipes, ready to add to your meal plan or track your macros anytime.
