The training split for the NEU Strength program is structured as follows:
- Upper Body
- Lower Body
- Upper Body
- Lower Body
You have full flexibility to complete the workouts on whatever days suit you best, but we recommend breaking up the lower and upper body workout days for optimal recovery. Additionally, once you reach the 8-week mark in the intermediate program, you’ll incorporate an extra Full Body Day. This split allows for balanced development and ensures you build strength effectively across all muscle groups.
