1. Head to the Workout tab in the app. Then, tap the ☰ three lines icon in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Select the program you're currently following (e.g., "Conditioning at Home")
3. Choose "Start from Scratch" to reset your progress for the new level.
4. Pick the difficulty level you’d like to switch to (e.g., from Beginner to Intermediate).
5. Finally, select the week you'd like to begin from in the program.
