1. Ensure it is the day you want to start on (e.g., Monday).
2. Head to the workout tab and select the ☰ three lines at the top right of the screen.
3. Tap "Switch program"
4. Choose the program you are currently completing (e.g., Conditioning at Home).
5. Select the "Continue where you left off" option so you don’t lose your current progress.
6. Re-select the difficulty level you were completing.
7. Choose the week you want to start at.
