How to Favourite Workouts
1.Select Your Workout: Tap on the workout you’d like to add to your "Favourites.
2.Add to Favourites: On the workout screen, locate the '♡ Favourite' button. This button is positioned in the middle of the screen, next to the equipment list button. Tap the '♡ Favourite' button. This action will automatically add the workout to your "Favourites" folder.
3.Access Your Favourites: To view your favourite workouts, go to your workout home page. tap the ☰ three lines at the top right of your screen.
3. Open Favourites section: Select the "Favourites" tab
