You can easily track your progress in the Neuform app. Here’s how:
1. Select the Tracker Icon: Tap the tracker icon at the bottom of your screen.
2. Add a New Entry: Tap the + sign in the bottom right corner of the screen.
3. Enter Exercise Name: In the "Track Name" field, type in the exercise you want to track (e.g., Bench Press).
4. Set Track Value: In the "Track Value" field, specify the unit you’d like to use (e.g., KGS for kilograms).
5. Input Weight: Enter the weight you lifted in the "Input" box.
6. Track Additional Metrics (Optional): If you’d like to track additional details such as reps, check the "Track Value (Optional)" box and select "Reps" from the dropdown menu.
7. Enter Reps: Input the number of reps you completed in the "Input" box for this exercise.
8. Select Date: Finally, select the "Date" box and insert the date on which you completed the exercise.
